How does the free trial work?

Your free trial provides unlimited access to all Sage One Accounting Standard features for 15 days beginning the day you register. No payment details are required when you start the trial, only enter payment information when you convert to a paid subscription.1

Do I have to sign a contract?

Sage believes that small businesses should have access to the tools that will help their business succeed, so while you do have to agree to Sage One terms and conditions, we don’t push you into a long-term commitment or make you sign a contract. You may cancel your Sage One subscription at any time.

Can I pay up front?

Will it cost anything for my accountant to use Sage One and access my data?

No, there is no cost for your accountant to use Sage One. Your accountant can access your data using Sage One Accountant Edition which is offered at no cost for all qualified accounting professionals.5

  1. After your free trial, a valid credit card is required to activate your Sage One subscription. To ensure continuous service, your Sage One subscription plan is an automatically renewing plan. Subsequent months will be automatically billed to the same credit card each month on the anniversary date of purchase. You may terminate the plan at any time prior to your renewal date and not be charged for the renewal.
  2. Subject to approval and to Sage Payment Solutions terms and conditions. Additional fees and credit card required.
  3. Customer support analysts are available from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. ET Monday-Friday.
