Sage Encourages Woman-Owned Businesses to #believeinyou at WomanCon 2014

IRVINE, Calif. (September 15, 2014) – Sage North America, a leading provider of business management software and services for small and medium-sized businesses, announced its sponsorship and participation in WomanCon 2014, a one-day conference designed to inspire women entrepreneurs and equip them with practical advice to help their businesses grow. WomanCon 2014 will take place September 18 in New York City.

Sage Executive Vice President of Marketing Gabrielle Boko will lead a discussion at the event around the importance of a personal brand. Attendees will walk away better understanding how identifying and believing in their personal brand can differentiate their business and the value of communicating authentically to an audience.

“Think of a company you love. What makes it so appealing?” asked Boko. “Chances are that company has a strong brand you believe in, a strong identity, and is authentic in its engagement with its audience. I am truly excited about exploring the power of personal brand with the WomanCon attendees.”

At the event Sage will be showcasing Sage One, its cloud-based accounting and invoicing solution that gives small business owners and solopreneurs a simpler way to run their business. “The upcoming Sage One mobile app will be an essential tool for the woman entrepreneur, providing a simple way to conduct business anytime, anywhere,” said Vice President of Marketing for Sage One Jennifer Boutwell. “My team is excited to talk with WomanCon attendees to better understand what their financial management challenges and needs are and how Sage One can help.”
